science：1.具体列举计算机技术、医疗生物等与国家发展的重要直接联系；2.这些学科有助于critical thinking skills的培养，make decision that are supported by evidence的意识对于国民素质提升。
other subjects：1. 艺术社会学科等会Gain a better understanding of humanity；2. 这些学科带来的影响是intangible 或者 indirect的
得出结论：科学更重要，所以钱应当更多花在科学科目上
