Employer: Johnson & Johnson
Divisions: Recruiting function & Business partnership
Department: Human Resources Department (HRD)
Role: HR Intern (Oct 2012- Mar 2013)

Responsibilities:
Work as a member of the Recruiting or Business Human Resources supporting team within the Human Resources Department (HRD) function. Support the Human Resources Managers in driving improvements in project delivery through managing processes, efficiencies and effectiveness on recruitment projects. Work closely with specified team members, internal operating company partners, vendors and have an opportunity to participate in flexible projects as a resource.  

        Assist HR managers to coordinate recruitment issues, such as advertisement, interview arrangement, resume filtering, etc.
        Assist HR managers to follow on the execution to get the proper result.
        Perform basic analysis, design, implementation and maintenance activities in employees engagement under direct supervision.
        Assist in conducting feasibility studies as well as preparing reports and recording progress; assists in the creation of solutions to HR related problems.
        Provide written and verbal communications such as status reports, progress reports and documentation to HR team and business partners.
        Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors in the performance of daily work.
        Apply principles, concepts and practices of the HR intern Competency Model.

Qualifications:
        Non-graduating student and Bachelor degree and above, English, Management and related field.
        Fluent in English (verbal and written)
        Human Resources management skills and/or experience in areas such as project management, operation, campus recruitment, organization development, C &B analysis.
        Excellent communications, (written, verbal, presentation)
        A demonstrated ability to proactively seek solutions, design, champion and leverage ideas for increased business results.
        Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks and deadlines in a face paced environment
        A proven record of innnovation interdependent partnering, customer focusing and ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment
