SSD/固态硬盘部门

作为威盛北京主要的一部分,SSD部门独立负责固态硬盘（SSD）产品开发的每一个环节，包括: 算法研究，制定方案，芯片开发，软件设计，系统验证，客户支持等。

【职位说明】

VIABJ-01Logic Design Engineer

【Responsibilities】

1.Logic Design, timing verification and physical synthesis;

2.System verification and debugging;

3.Functional model development;

4.Test vector development and debugging;

【Requirements】

1.MS in microelectronic, computer science or related;

2.Knowledge of digital circuit design, computer system architecture;

3.Familiar with Verilog/VHDL, and behavior modeling;

4.Experience with Design tools such as simulator, logic synthesis;

5.Knowledge one of the following technology is a plus: PCIE, SATA, NAND flashcontroller, DDR2/3/4 controller, storage system;

6.Good team work capability with others.

VIABJ-02 Hardware System Engineer

【Responsibilities】

Focus on FPGA development, high speedcircuit design, chip level and  PCB level SI/PI analyzing.

SSD Flash feature research, SSD systemlevel technology development.

1.      In charge of FPGA emulation anddebugging;

2.      In charge of the SSD controllerdriver development, and related test firmware development;

3.      In charge of SSD hardwaresystem functional/compatibility debugging on FPGA Platform or real siliconplatform;

4.      In charge of flashcharacterization research job, flash raw data collection, flash data analysis,and flash management algorithm research;

5.      Resolving the super speedserial bus related issues on real silicon chip, like SATA GEN3, PCIE GEN3,NVME, AHCI, etc.;

6.      Charge of SI/PI design andsimulation job on chip level and PCB level;

7.      SSD hardware system level boarddesign, SI/PI measurement, SSD MP tool, test tool design job;

【Requirements】

1.      Strong knowledge of FPGA, withexperience of project development on FPGA platform;

2.      Experience of the FPGAdevelopment flow, the Xilinx FPGA development experience is a plus;

3.      Have a strong knowledge ofhardware development, like PCB board design, embedded system development,Circuit, board design, PCB layout and Signal Integrity;

4.      Familiar with SOC software andfirmware development, ARM based MCU related software development experience isplus.

5.      Familiar with the SATA or PCIEspecification, have basic knowledge about Super speed serial bus is a plus;

6.      Familiar with flash relatedproduct, and have some knowledge about flash feature is a plus;

VIABJ-03Firmware Engineer

【Responsibilities】

1. Firmware development in Embeddedenvironment and windows simulation environment.

2. Deliver high quality code anddesign/implementation documentations.

3. Work together with logic, system and QAtest teams.

4. Summary progress  of work and report regularly in PM system.

【Requirements】

1. Master; Computer Science，EE orrelated;

2. Proficient in C/C++/Assemblyprogramming;

3. Good knowledge of computer architecture;

4. Hands-on integration/developmentexperience in Linux or other embedded OS;

5. Strong problem solving and debuggingskills; good English language skill.

VIABJ-04System Validation Engineer (SV)

【Responsibilities】

1.      SSD solution validation forSATA and PCIe-NVMe products;

2.      Performance test, reliabilitycheck, and stress test for SSD products;

3.      Bug submission, track, andverification;

4.      Develop test tools to meet testpurpose.

【Requirements】

1.      Bachelor degree in CS orrelated fields, CET4 or above;

2.      Knowledge of SSD, performance/reliabilitytest;

3.      Familiar with motherboardcomponent and hardware testing flow;

4.      Ability to understandspecifications, to read/write testing scripts and codes;

5.      Windows, Linux tweak andoptimization experience is a plus;

6.      System validation experience isa plus;

7.      Strong sense of team-work andcommunication.
