Casual Tutor / Teaching Assistant Recruitment

Position Description:
        Attend 3-hour-long mathematics/science classes presented by Canadian teacher in English on a daily basis;
        Record Canadian teacher’s teaching activities and students’ in-class performance;
        Help students check their assignments and give appropriate directions before they submit;
        Run trouble-shooting seminars or one-on-one tutorials to students who may have problems in learning course contents;
        Monitor and evaluate all students’ learning progress, document potential improvement of teaching plans and regularly deliver duty reports to the academic supervisor

Qualification / Experience:
        A Bachelor’s degree or higher;
        Be familiar with high-school-level disciplinary knowledge in mathematics, statistics, chemistry and physics;
        English proficiency of CET-4 equivalent (or higher);
        Responsible, enthusiastic, hardworking and a quick-learner
        Be able to communicate with Canadian teacher in English if necessary
        Good problem solving skills while dealing with youth who have a potential to be rebellious or hard to control
