Job Description [url=]file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif [/url]	* Design and develop software applications running on MS Windows to work  within Agilent auto-diagnostic (fault detective) test platform.   * By investigating Agilent Test and Measurement instruments circuit block  diagram with products division partners, define and design the diagnostic  test strategies and document them.   * Develop fault defective diagnostic models for Agilent instruments    *Work closely with global team, weekly meeting with  them for project review and information sharing.
Qualifications [url=]file:///C:/DOCUME~1/ADMINI~1/LOCALS~1/Temp/msohtmlclip1/01/clip_image001.gif [/url]	Musts:   * Graduate within 18  months with EE education background   * MSEE/CS or equivalent experience   * Knowledge of circuit theory (PLL, synthesizers, mixer, IF, modulation)   * Knowledge of measurement techniques (RF power, VCO tune voltage)   * Experience with MS Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET   * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   * Demonstrated ability and interest in quickly mastering new technologies   * Good oral English      Wants:   * Knowledge of Fault Detective or Bayesian reasoning technologies   * Knowledge of Test&Measurement instruments Repair Process   * Ability to work independently with remote teams & management/leadership   * Instrument control (SCPI) programming experience
